hey y'all,
I'm a canadian gal (1st year burner) arriving in LA Aug 29th and leaving for the burn Aug 31st. I NEED A BIKE!!! If anyone has one that they can sell or rent me;) or know where I can pick one up relatively cheap can you please let me know...I will be staying in Glendale. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thu, August 27, 2009 - 2:54 AMAtomic Cycles over in Van Nuys sometimes has way cheap used bikes(40-80 bucks). It isn't that far from where you're staying (provided you are traveling during off-peak hours). Paul (the owner), is really great with bikes and does all work cheap and good. I go there all the time when I have bike problems I can't fix myself.
CALL FIRST. He'll be able to tell you right away if he has anything worthwhile.
